ebalta has reworked the formulation of the block material ebablock® M 007 for the fabrication of cubing and data control models. This results in a considerably less formation of dust and high dimensional stability. The new ebablock® M 007 material shows better machinability which however does not affect the approved properties as there are good strength, high quality surface, and easy workability. We cast individual blanks up to 1,300 litres in foam negatives or wooden moulds made by ebalta according to special customer requirements. All requested data can be processed with our CAD programme VISI-CAD, formats CATIA, IGES as well as STEP. After approval of all data ebablock® M 007 is available within 5 days, including quotation, fabrication of negatives, casting, postcuring and transport. Any mould and modelmakers are able to have a seamless exact size model with a homogeneous surface. This way there are’nt any impairments by joints or bonding and at the same time there’s less waste material and milling time.
