ebablock® 105 - cast to size abrasion resistant block material characterised by incomparably easy processing.

ebablock® 105 distinguishes by:
- very smooth surface- low density at 20°C, 1,05 +/- 0,02 g/cm³- low coefficient of linear expansion
ebablock® 105 is most suitable for:
- foundry patterns- moulds- big parts- core centers- moulding with furan resinsebablock® 105 is cast to size according to individual measurements and geometries. You get jointless patterns, moulds or tools which makes further bonding unnecessary. At the same time considerable saving of costs due to less milling.
Our new postcuring oven makes it possible to fabricate even big parts.
Furthermore we supply the same quality as machined standard boards  in following dimensions:
1000 x 500 x 50 mm1000 x 500 x 75 mm1000 x 500 x 100 mm
